Which Program is Right for You
Samantha Case grew up in a small town in upstate New York and received her BFA from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. She works across many media, including ceramics, printmaking, taxidermy, and video. Case has exhibited in several shows in the Robert C. Turner Gallery at Alfred University, and has worked for artists in Alfred and New York City. Case received the Higher Education Partners Program Scholarship at the Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina, where she learned articulated puppet construction and animation. In her work, she focuses on birth and decay, young and old, innocence and impurity.
