Seba Bugna is a signal processing engineer and a visual artist based in Montevideo, Uruguay.

 

Most of his projects involve media art, film postproduction and software development for video processing.

 

As an electrical engineer he works in research and development in the fields of VFX software, image and video processing, pattern recognition, computer vision and interactive technologies.

 

As a visual artist he explores the relation between science, technology, media art and expanded cinema, using video technologies, circuit bending and reversal engineering as a means of creating interactive video-art installations.
