Bailey Goldenbaum & Joelle Te Paske
Bailey Goldenbaum is a media and visual arts educator in Brooklyn, NY. While working at Northside Charter High School she co-created and implemented the web-based school news program, NTV. Her students also work with PBS Student Reporting Labs and WNET to create original journalistic content. Bailey's background as a videographer for trend forecasting company WGSN informs her class programming and educational curriculum. She earned an MA in Art Education K-12 from Brooklyn College with a thesis focused on "Media Production and Its Role in Preparing High School Students to be 21st Century Learners.” She has a BFA in Photography & Digital Arts with a Post-Baccalaureate in Art Education from Moore College of Art & Design.
Joelle Te Paske is a NYC-based arts worker who believes another world is possible. Her professional work focuses on social media and communications for arts nonprofits including College Art Association and A Blade of Grass, and she has also worked for Paula Cooper Gallery, Kate Werble Gallery, The Drawing Center, and Artforum. Joelle’s creative practice investigates digital culture, activism, meaning making and spirituality. She earned her BA in Individualized Study at NYU’s Gallatin School, where she studied Art Practice as Political Play in New York and the Czech Republic. She has maintained her cyberfeminist living room, mememememememepost, since 2013.
